Clarksville-Montgomery County United 4 Housing (Housing, Sustainability, Employment, Growth)
CMC United 4 Housing is composed of several local agencies working together to end homelessness in Clarksville-Montgomery County.
Clarksville-Montgomery County United 4 Housing’s mission promotes community-wide commitment to the goal of ending homelessness by advocating for people who are homeless, seeking to end veteran homelessness, strategically planning for housing and services in the community, and collaborating with community partners.
Goals and Objectives
To meet this goal, CMC United 4 Housing will focus on 4 things: Housing, Sustainability, Employment, and Growth.
Housing- To find permanent, affordable and descent housing for homeless individuals and families, minimizing the trauma and dislocation caused by the consequences of being homeless.
Sustainability- Providing continued resources and support, optimizing self-sufficiency among individuals and families to maintain their housing independence.
Employment- Provide individuals and families with the resources and skills needed to obtain employment and prevent individuals and families from becoming homeless.
Growth –Provide resources with continuance with peer support and case management.
