Pay a Citation

We do not accept personal checks for payment. We accept cash, money orders or cashier’s checks made payable to “City Court Clerk.” We also accept credit cards in person, but NOT over the phone. We also accept payments online. There are additional fees charged when paying with a credit/debit card or paying on line.

If you do not appear in court on the designated court date or pay this ticket before that date, you will be charged additional late penalties and fees for failure to appear and/or contempt of court.

Violators will be held responsible for all costs incurred for the collection of any judgments resulting from tickets that were issued to them. This includes but is not limited to fines, fees, court costs as well as collection costs and/or attorney fees.

Traffic School

You must contact the City Court Clerk’s office to determine if you are eligible to attend the traffic school.

Location

City Court is located on the 2nd floor of 106 Public Square (across from the City Hall/US Bank Building). It is not located in the county court center on N Second Street.
